Hello all, was using Smugmug fine for a while, but its been a few months. I have my photobooth laptop automatically upload photos to a Smugmug gallery. If I am logged in as the admin, I can see the photos. However, if I log out of admin, and try to view the gallery as a client, the gallery says "No Images". I tried with and without password, I tried a second gallery as well. The photos are obviously uploading ok since I can see them as the admin. Any thoughts on what I may be missing?

Thanks for reply, I have the galleries as public and have tried both with and without password. I have discovered that the pics are somehow set to hidden. I can now change them, however they are all being uploaded as hidden....

Can you send us a link to the gallery so we can troubleshoot the issue deeper? If you don't want to share the link in public on the forum feel free to email us at help@smugmug.com and we can help you deal with it off the public forum.

Finally found problem. My photobooth software did the uploading automatically, however I did not notice (until now) the checkbox that said "Hide when posting". Unchecked and all is well with the world :)

Glad to hear you were able to narrow down the reason this was happening.
