    Thanks everyone, not sure why the Otter had it hands together but a unique shot none the less.

    The otter was swimming at full speed
    May have been holding a rock or other tool he didn't stop to eat for over 30 mins

    Agreed....I thought about it...usually they eat on their back with both hands.....so yeah he definitely is swimming....really cool!
