Hi! In legacy smugmug when you clicked on the clients tab, a pop up window came and then you entered the name of the gallery and were taken to that. How do I make that happen when I create my site int he new smugmug? I haven't switched over for that reason.

Thank you!

Rachel

Can you provide a link to your legacy smugmug site?

    Hi Rachel,
I did a little bit of digging and found that your Client Login section was part of a customization that FastLine media provided (http://www.fastlinemedia.com/smugmug-qa-documentation/#clients). This was a realy nice feature and certainly made it nice for you to give your clients a place to find their galleries. The New SmugMug does not support JavaScript and this feature will no longer work. As a work-around, you could put these galleries in a "Client" folder (I believe they already are) and password protect your galleries. You would then give your clients the password, or make the password the same as what their username was before.

Bummer about the fastline customization. Thanks so much!! That will work for me. Any way you can provide me specific directions on how to do that? Or is there a smug support number I can call to have someone walk me through it?

    Thanks so much!!!
