Can I import old site into new layout?

Can I import my old site abennettphotography.co.uk into new smugmug?

If not, where is the code in the old version and where do I copy it to the new?

The only Legacy code that I know that can be used in NewSmug is html. At least most of it.
So if you have any "html/text pages" in Legacy save it in a text file. This could include any
text boxes like gallery descriptions, captions, etc. with extensive html.

Your site link doesn't seem to work.

As Allen said, you can't.

If you want to have your new smug site have the look of a legacy site take a look at this tutorial - http://school.smugmug.com/SmugMug-Tips/Get-the-Legacy-Look.

I'd recommend that you look at what is available in new SmugMug and use the new features. I found that I had a better site using less code in a very short amount of time.
