Smart gallery from captions

Hi all, I did a mistake and yesterday I used one keyword (the same one) to mark the captions in one album I have. IT looks like that I can not create from captions a smart gallery. Can some admin help me and transfer those captions to keywords, so I can make a smart gallery? My case is quite simple as I have used the same keyword inside one gallery. Would that be possible? Regards Alex

    Hi Alex,
Can you point me to the URL of the gallery? You can send me a private message if you'd like. Can you make the smart gallery using the keyword?

    Hi Alaios,
Thanks for the private message! This is an excellent question and because of that I wanted to reply in this thread so that people could use this thread as a reference in the future.

Since Smart Galleries use KEYWORDS as one of their criteria, all you need to do is add the word as an official keyword. We allow you to do this through the Editor. Here's how.
    1. Navigate to your gallery and click "Organize."
    2. Click the "Select All" button
    3. Click the wrench icon ("Edit") and then select "Title, Caption and Keywords."
    4. Under keywords, enter the word you'd like (in your case "επιλογή") and hit Enter/Return.
    5. Click Save and then click Close.

You can then create a smart gallery using that word.

Let me know if you have any problems.

    See this thread.

Other then doing each photo one at a time that Chrome extension is the only way to them in bulk.
By "bulk" it means you can scroll down through all gallery photos and select only the ones you want.

Hi I did find the photos with my caption in the organize module. I selected them and added the keyword I wanted. The new smart gallery though does not see these keywords any more. In which user should I send a private message so he/she can have a look? Regards Alex
