I want to make digital desktop downloads available for FREE, how can I set up the price list so I get charged the .01 not my customer?

Hi Rick,

You can't allow free digital downloads. The way to do this is turn off right click protection and allow original sized images as the minimum display size. Your clients can then download the photos from the gallery.

Theoretically speaking, you can create a coupon (if your account level allows) and hand it out to people so they can use it when they "buy" downloads.

I want it so we can offer a free download when someone purchases a print. "Buy a print get a free digital copy for Facebook!" But we can't add these to package either. And yes, I have added/voted on the request site. This request has been out there for quite some time...just saying!!!

Hi Chris,
As a customer for 7 years and now employee I know how much I'd love for someone to be able to tell us that the feature we want is coming and that it's coming soon. Unfortunately I can't comment on the status of any feature requests but I did want you to know that we are aware this is a highly requested feature!
