Stormy Waterscapes

Was at the coast last weekend... stormy weather with 65+ mph winds... for perspective, the first image is the same rock as in the 2nd image from.......

    Mind boggling the difference in water height and sea conditions between the two years. Must be the ice caps melting and filling up the ocean. :giggle
    But seriously these are terrific power-of-the-sea shots. Except for the first, they're all underexposed. I would set a stronger white point to brighten them up.

    What a difference a year makes. I really like the image from last year but the power of the sea and wind really comes through in this year's images. thumb.gif

    The first shot is gorgeous on it's own, notwithstanding it's use as reference.

    I agree that the rest are a bit underexposed, I'd add some S curve in levels.

    I think the 3rd is my favorite, but the color of the water in the last three is amazing. Great capture.
