Replace/Revise Thumbnail Arrows in SmugMug Gallery Style

I'd like to be able to change the thumbnail 'arrow' (see the attached snapshot) that indicates that there are multiple pages of images in a SmugMug Gallery (in SmugMug Gallery style) from just an arrow to something a little more prominent - like a small text box that says something like "Click for more images in this gallery" (or words to that effect.) The reason for wanting to do this is that it is not real obvious to the novice Internet website visitor (i.e., many of my family in-laws who like to look at my pictures) that there are more images in a gallery than what they see when they view the opening page to a particular gallery. Any ideas or suggestions (CSS code?) on how to do this? Also, if you have managed to do this, I'd like to see examples.

Here's one way to add a next page message. Add to "all galleries" CSS.

  left: 6px;
  top: -40px;

.sm-gallery-nav-right .sm-fonticon {display:none !important}
