Need help...menu does not appear on one page...

Good evening folks,

I'm in need of some help... I finally got around to updating my site using the new Smugmug templates thanks to the Ryan Oakley's tutorial (great tutorial by the way). Unfortunately it took me more than 90 minutes and I have some issues.

Here's my biggest issue:

The menu bar does not appear on my "Portfolio" page and I can't figure out why. See screenshots below:

Home page where menu bar appears:

Portfolio page - no menu bar:

Page theme was created with "Entire Site" selected like the tutorial suggested. I can not figure out how to get my menu bar to show up.

Issue #2 - Is there a way to have the page name in the URL and/or in the tab of the browser? Currently, the only thing that shows up is my website URL - www.twelve09photo.com. I'd like specific pages to show what they are, like www.twelve09photo.com/Home (Portfolio, Client Galleries, etc.)

Is there an easy fix for either of these issues?? Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!!

Keith

I don't recall putting the pages in frames, I used the "Ludwig" template.

Keith, it looks like you are using domain forwarding with masking. This can cause many issues, including the one you report, along with you not being able to access your account settings, etc. Please make sure you set up your domain correctly as described here, under Option 2:
    http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/93340

If you need help with that, we can assist! Just email us directly at help (at) smugmug.com with a link to your domain registrar and your login info there. You can change your password to something temporary if you wish.

As for your Portfolio gallery: you enabled Hide owner there. Hide owner changes your URL to a SmugMug one, removes the breadcrumb so your visitors cannot return to your homepage and removes your customization. To change this, you just need to go the gallery and go to Customize > Gallery settings > Security and privacy section and toggle Hide owner to OFF. That's all. :)

E-mail sent. I was able to get the portfolio page fixed - THANK YOU!! In the process of trying to correct the forward with masking, it appears that I've messed up my domain name settings. Now I can't get into my smugmug account settings and my domain points to a smugmug page info page. Need help!

I think I may have figured it out. I had 10+ tabs open and one allowed me to update the information. It looks like it's working properly now. Thanks for the info links!! I really appreciate it.
