Creat slideshow

I want to create a slideshow without showing a gallery ie when you click on the home page navigation, the slideshow appears, not the pics arranged in the gallery.

I want this to appear in the centre of the page so that the homepage navigation can be seen and remains constant as each image changes.

Is this possible?

How can I do this?

Have run into a problem.

I want to create a slideshow at the gallery level, not on the homepage or whole site.

Is this possible? I've tried to do it but it only plays on whole site.

I've also tried just creating a page withing a folder and putting the slideshow on this but, again, it appears on the whole site.

Suggestions anyone?

Before you drag a slideshow over to any page. Make sure you click "just this page" first so it
will only show on this page.
