When I first saw the photo, I didn't realize the heads were balloons (doh!). How you managed to synchronize the shot - I don't know, but I love it!

Well I guess I was really lucky. I lost the first moment when the guy had a balloon covering his face (the girl was behind him), and kept my camera pointed hoping for a second chance. And did it work out for me...
