Lightbox page scaling

Almost every time I first open lightbox I have to expand the Firefox window down a little so the bottom
lines show (buttons). It's probably off about 50px.

I've noticed this occasionally also on a few galleries. If I scroll to the bottom to log in the "Powered by
SmugMug" and "Log In" do not show in the bottom right corner. Stretching browser maybe those 50px
and they appear.

Has anyone else seen this behavior?

As always, posting a link to a few galleries where this behavior is seen would help us out a lot :)

[Edit] Can you also let me know if your browser window is full screen or some smaller size?

I've tried loading a few images in Firefox, Chrome, and Safari, and the buttons always load within the window.

Finally notice this again. Opens with bottom buttons and some of caption not showing.
    Caption in hover state/raised.
Have to stretch browser down to uncover missing stuff. Then all stays visible as I resize browser.

    24" monitor resolution 1920x1200
    Browser interior window size
    1231px 767px (approx.)

I just clicked the link in my last post six times and in the new browser window it shows bad like my screen shot each time.
Right clicked page and opened in both IE and Chrome, both ok.

Normal view after stretching browser Firefox v33.1
Edit: just upgraded to 33.1.1 same results

This is still happening every time after I start Firefox. Go to any lightbox and get bottom cut off like in post 4.
I have to stretch browser window down to uncover buttons.

I checked this on a Mac (Firefox) as well as Windows and also had the QA team take a look in windows. Everything looked good -- as it should: buy button was properly placed and no stretching was needed. Are you still having the issue?

I see it every so often and think I have also seen it a couple times on other non-Smug sites. I'm using a
standard FF load with no mods so very confusing.

bottom to reveal. Newest Firefox. Win7

Would you be able to send me links with those screenshots so I can have our QA team replicate?

Just realized I had clicked to someones site on Dgrin and it open in new window. Problem seen.
In that same window switched to my site and still seen. Very repeatable.
Can't repeat opening in new tab (so far).

This time after opening in new window reset zoom just in case to 100% before going to gallery.
Same results, browser too short, hiding buttons.

Looks like all this happens coming from Dgrin with a direct click to site in post or its siggy.
If I click your site or mine it auto opens in new window. Buttons hidden. Repeatable every try.
    - In this new window browsing all galleries this behavior still exists, buttons hidden.
If I right click and choose open in new window or private window. Buttons ok.
Right click and open in tab. Buttons ok.
If I open new window then paste your site. Buttons ok.

Your People and Land act the same, buttons half hidden, so gallery style ruled out.

Usually in the past I first notice this because the log in link is hidden at the bottom of page.
Have to stretch window down to find it.

Only happens in Firefox on Win7 PC.

Once browser is stretched everything works ok from that point on in that window.

Refreshing lightbox including cntl-f5 buttons stay hidden.

Thanks Allen. All of this detailed information can really help us. I'll see if QA can get a windows 7 machine running the latest version of firefox and dig deeper.
