Can't access sub-category, can't build gallery

I had issues deleting photos from a private gallery in http://davidson.smugmug.com/Street-Scenes/Roadtripping, so I ended up deleting the whole gallery with the idea of reuploading minus the photos I deleted. However, while creating the replacement would-be private gallery it timed out, and now I can't access http://davidson.smugmug.com/Street-Scenes/Roadtripping let alone add photos to the new gallery.

It must have been temporary because it works again.
