Duplicates being allowed

Since the problems a couple of hours ago, it's been possible to upload duplicates - even though Skip Duplicates is selected.

I have the same problem. With Skip Duplicates being checked, I can take a photo that is already in the gallery and add it either by drag and drop or browsing and it will upload even though it it already in the gallery. I have closed and reopened the browser (Safari), used a different browser (Firefox) and even tried from a different computer. I never had this problem in the past. I am using the default HTML5 uploader.

I tested the "Skip Duplicates" in my galleries and it appears to be working fine. We do have an issue if the gallery is large (several hundred photos) that we're currently testing a fix for. Would you mind sending me a link to the galleries that are not skipping duplicates?

We're having an issue checking duplicates on large galleries like this one. The fix is in test and should resolve this issue once it goes live.

Our fix for checking for duplicates has gone live and I tested it on your gallery. Uploading a duplicate file is now properly ignored and the photo is marked as skipped

Something else we snuck in at the same time: You can now drag images right onto your gallery to launch the uploader. No need to click "Upload" -> "This Gallery"
