Collage Landscape thumbnail borders

Have the image borders worked out everywhere but on my gallery thumbnail (collage landscape page). The customization is for all folders. solid 1px #000000 border would be nice. Able to border the gallery title below the thumbnail image, change background and font but not the thumbnail image above the title. (FYI) Tried Aaron's CSS..didn't work. Thanks.

Thanks Mike. So simple. Danced around it a few times but never hit the combination.
