This is what I do when I have a sequence of shots where I can't focus stack or turn it into a 3-D shot. Last resort- animate it
You'll need to wait for the image to load- fairly large file.

Awwww Brian great animation but gawwwwwd it looks awful
Dont they just have the ugliest faces those flies...... I really like Flies Eyes but the rest of the head is just plain ugly
