A Different Butch and Sundance
Third shoot in the Downton Abbey series with Cyndi and Anylza was "The Hunt". It's actually set in the 1920s so the Butch Cassidy reference is historically inaccurate but when you see the old time treatments I wonder if you'll think of that too.
There's also an idiot story with it. I had set my camera up on the Green Box / Fine Jpg for my wife two days before. While I remembered to change almost all the settings, I shot this whole day in jpg instead of my normal RAW. Totally changed my workflow.:bash

#6 - my favorite - more of an authentic look to it.
#2 - not a fan of this effect.
#5 - good BW, but could use some sepia effect.
While the rest of the shots are very good, they lack the authentic look of the period. They look more like women in dress-up than period images (I am assuming that you are going for a period shot).
#7 and #8 are the most naturally posed shots - add a little authenticity and they would be outstanding.

I agree that I overdid the treatment on # 2.
As for authenticity, I hear your thought but I'm not sure how to make this more "period" than it is. The wardrobe is straight from the 20s, the guns are from a collector and accurate. Not arguing, just uncertain as to remedy.
Anyway, thanks again.

I did the unthinkable and used one of your shots to transform into a sepia atmosphere - I hope you don't mind me stealing the shot - I promise not to use it anywhere else and have already deleted it from my hard drive. But this is kind of what I was referring to (the skin tone needs to be better, but this is the idea I was going for):

If you take another look at #6 I think that one is the authentic period look you are describing.

Interestingly, when the same model posed for your Dr. Who set, I didn't even think of it not being aged. I guess since Dr. Who is such a hero on today's TV? Go figure!
