Be glad that rain wasn't snow like it does here this time of year. I think you've also caught a see-through person in the second shot, and not just a transparent umbrella. Or maybe it was a long exposure?

No Long Exp just shot thru glass while waiting for my DBL Chilli Cheese Burger !

I see now. What looks like human transparency is actually reflections from the inside of the building! Ha. I was fooled.
