Popup Text on gallery hover

Hi,
Is it possible when in a folder, to have a text box popup that displays the contents of the Gallery.Description field. Such that, when the mouse floats / hovers over a gallery the contents of the Description field for that gallery are displayed in a popup.
Support Heroes said there was no 'out of the box' setting for this and suggest I ask on this forum.
