Heron hunting in the night

I was walking the dog with my wife when I saw this Heron fishing.
Never saw it before and unfortunately I only have my 50mm with me.
I tried to get as close as possible and took some shots.
That Heron can be really still when fishing.

Nikon D70 ,Nikkor 50mm f/1.8 AF
6s f/4.0 at 50.0mm iso200

Excellent capture. You must really have been able to get close to him to get the shot with the 50mm lens.
