Need help with the “READ LICENSE HERE” component of new “BUY” format

Hi! Hoping for some advice…
I have a Nav Bar “Terms” button where my terms are located. But, now with the new “BUY” format, the standard SmugMug terms come up prominently under the “READ THE LICENSE HERE” Button when someone chooses the “Digital Downloads” option. Is there a way to insert my own licensing terms in this part of the website (or at least a link at the bottom to send them to my additional licensing terms that are available on my Nav Bar)? This is really important to me... Thanks!!
