Change photo on contact form

I've set up the contact form but I want to change the photo on it. How do I do this?

I'd also like to add some copyright text here as well. How do I do this?

You can change the photo by changing your profile photo. See help page at http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/1266248-how-do-i-replace-the-silhouette-headshot-photo-with-my-own-.

I'm not aware of a way to add text to the contact form. If you need to add text you might consider using a Wufoo form (which is supported by placing a Wufoo content element on a page).

If it's copyright text you're after I would recommend adding that in your site's footer as opposed to placing it on a form that will be seen infrequently.
