I always enjoy your images of moth flies but I never seem to find them.

I actually don't find these around drains (other common name - drain flies) but find them around or in my compost bins.

We have six bins, so I must look closer at what, without a close look, I probably took to be fruit flies.

I just took some scraps to our reserve active bin and saw several obvious moth flies. I checked the main bin and saw none. Thanks.
