Buying Black and White Prints

How do i designate prints to be black and white when ordering?:scratch They were uploaded as color, but I want black and white?
Is this even possible?

    Hi Nick,

    The only way to do this is by converting your photos to BLACK AND WHITE - before uploading, or by using one of our built in Editors:

    Black and White color effect - please open one of your images full screen {lightbox mode} - > click the spanner icon below your image - > OPEN IN EDITOR - > COLOR EFFECTS - > BLACK AND WHITE.

    The second editor is PIC MONKEY - please open one of your images full screen {lightbox mode} - > click the spanner icon below your image - > DEVELOP WITH PICMONKEY.

    Please be aware that you - the account owner - will have to do this prior placing an order.
