Allowed Video formats and bitrates

I am having inconsistencies with my uploads, some of them go through, some fail.
They are all under 20 minutes, between 30 to 60fps, between 10000 and 24000kbps, all WMV.

Can we have a link to your site to check your upload log? I can tell you that the WMV format is one I see a lot of problems with. Conversion to mp4, w4v etc usually works better.

i checked your upload log and see no video upload failures. Email us on the help desk and we can work with you to get some more details. Most likely it is the WMV format, conversion is probably the best solution.

That's odd. I am using Send to Smugmug tool, could that be why it didn't show up in logs?
I will email the helpdesk immediate after a failed attempt so maybe they can see it better.

Unfortunately, there aren't a lot of good converters that can keep the 60fps in the output.
