Frustrating basic Smugmug customaisation

I want my home screen to behave a certain way but I can’t work out how to do it. I currently have the setup in image 1 (refer to attached image) but want the page to resize or behave either like image 2 or spread like image 3 (image 3 if the icons could grow in size with the page as well that would be amazing) when the browser window resizes.

Hope that makes sense?

I can't believe I can't do this natively from within Smugmug!

There are no attachments or embedded images. It's difficult to understand what you are after without pictures. I'd recommend embedding the images rather than attaching them.

Photos can easily (and automatically) change sizes as the browser window is resized. You can see this behavior on my site on the home page and on the kaleidoscope page.
