New Years Day Cooking

It has become some what of a tradition for me to make wontons on New Years day.
The wrappers come in a package of 60 so @ four per bowl of soup they last me quite a while (in the freezer) :wink
Over the following two evenings I also made a batch of chocolate biscotti and shortbread cookies...
I also mixed up a batch of pizza dough, it ferments in the frig for three days and then is punched down. This mix will make four 12" pies.
Three portions went in the freezer and I baked one..
Cheers, Don

But these are nice shots of some good looking food. I like the DOF on the pizza, but I not so much for the dough - that one makes me want to squint to see the dough a little better.

I'd seen this last night when you
fist posted it and thought the same
thing of how wonderful it would
be to have a piece of that Pizza.
All looks so wonderful and tasty, I like
the idea of making the Wonton's to enjoy
for The New Year.
