Change photo dimensions on contact page

I've created a contact form for my site http://www.abennettphotography.co.uk/.
I've replaced the smug mug pic with one of my own, however the crop is wrong.
How do I change the dimensions of the pic and, most importantly, where? I can't find the actual contact page in my site hierarchy.
Having said this I spent hours combing dgrin support for an answer and it looks as though there is a bug that's not fixed - http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=241940&highlight=contact+form. Is this still the case?
I really think, given the number of posts and degree of customisation that people want, that SM should address this problem and create a fully customisable contact page
Thanks for help in advance

There is a link that gives you the CSS to adjust the size of your photo in the contact page. Check out the #4 post here: http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=238002
The Contact form is not a page, but can be linked to from your nav bar, by simply selecting it as the link you want the viewer to go to.
This page here explains: http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/1248294?b_id=1644
If you'd like a fully customizable contact form, please feel free to create one on wufoo, and add it to your site. We have a special content block, and help for you to add it to yours site, here: http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/1259577?b_id=1644

I followed your first link which was very helpful but one thing. You need to read comment 6 below it as well for it to work.
A top tip. I found the crop was still chopping off the head of my photo so I extended the CANVAS size of the image to 347px. This worked.
