Colour Change in Menu

Hi guys

I'm looking for the CSS code so I can change the colours in a smugmug menu. Essentially, I'd like to alter the link colour of the currently viewed page so the viewer knows which page they are on.

Sure this is easy as for you knowledgeable people.
