How to Disable Print Options

Hi!

I would like to make only digital downloads available for customers. Is there any way to disable print options such as Wall Art, Paper Prints, Keepsakes?

I am assuming that you have either a portfolio or business account.

You will need to remove all options other than digital downloads from your price list.

click “Choose Products” to start selecting the items you want to offer for sale. Only the items you manually select will be shown and sold on your site.

If you have already created a price list then you can go in and edit it. Go into Account settings... Business... Selling. Click the Manage button in the pricelists section. Open the pricelist you want to change. Click Edit list. Open the entry you want to remove and click the delete trash can.

If there are currently a lot of options on your pricelist it would probably be easier to create a new pricelist that includes only digital downloads. If you have a portfolio account you would then make that your active pricelist. If you have a business account then you will need to apply that new pricelist to the appropriate galleries.

If you have a power account the only option you have is whether you allow sales or not (at a gallery level).
