Ice revolution!clap
Brian please give more details how you got the background to be so colorful?
Is this ice outside in the garden?
Flash?
Wow!
Thanks SB.
Yes it's thin ice sheet from the top of containers with water in, in the garden. You get the feathery/dagger crystals forming underneath the ice (ie underwater). I'm just resting the ice at an angle over a colourful old store card and then shooting with flash at an angle so that most of the flash reflection goes in the other direction. The colour is not just to provide colour but it also helps define the ice due to the refraction effects you get.
