Not seeing Commercial download option in buy

In our smugmug pro galleries when you click on the buy button all I see is the digital download for personal the commercial digital download does not show up. I have went through the pricelists; the commercial digital download is on it with a price and made sure all were assigned to it. What else can be wrong?

Thanks for getting in touch with us about this. Ive had a look at your site and in the gallery I checked I am seeing that you have priced "Hi-Res 4Mpix" commercial license downloads. This would be fine but the images are actually smaller than that download, so it automatically becomes unavailable in the shopping cart. To sort this out, you can either offer the sale of a smaller file or you can upload larger files to your site.

Spent a few hours of configuring all aspects of the choose products and price list menus to no avail.

In order to see the download option presented to you in the shopping cart, you will need to view your site logged out, since you can not purchase your own downloads when logged in.
