accidentally downgraded

Hi I accidentally downgraded my plan. Therefore I have lost my customizations. Is there way to get them back and keep my Power status?

    I'd suggest that you email the HelpDesk using the email on file for your SmugMug account, so we can take a closer look. Account related matters are generally not something that can be handled on the forum.
