Uploading Problems

Hi Guys,

I currently have a Power Plan with Smugmug and I am trying to upload some videos to my account.

Unfortunately they all seem to be failing. The progress bar seems to climb for all of the videos right up until completion but the file never moves onto the completed side of the window (and the files never appear in my account).

Does anyone have any idea what may be causing this?

I have tried clearing my cookies as well as using different browsers (chrome ie & ff)
