Carousel User experience

Has anyone experienced an issue where it requires multiple clicks on the navigation arrows to move to the next photo, or once it does move it jumps 2-3 images?

    I haven't personally seen any reports of what you're describing on the Help Desk. Can you share with me which operating system and browser you're experiencing this with? Please include version numbers. Thanks in advance! :)

    Just to add that it's always worked fine with me in the past! Sounds like either a browser/PC issue. Try browsing on a different PC (or using a different browser) and seeing if it's any different! :)

    Sorry, been away on business. The problem seems consistent on Chrome for Windows. In firefox the carousel operates smoothly single click always advances. not the case with Chrome.
