New Smugmug menu help

Hi there-
I have been working on switching to the new SmugMug site and I got stuck on a couple of things:
1. I would like to match my new menu bar to the old one... my site is: http://monikademyer.com- I was able to match the font and dropdown font hover color change but I am not able to match the look of the menu strip, or remove the shadows from the dropdown menu;
2. Is there a way to make the mobile site look like the desktop one- especially the menu bar.
