Create this custom css/html code?

How do you create a css or html code for a logo including adding the image and linking it to a site?

    Assuming your link is this url: "www.link.mylink.com", assuming further your image is stored at this url: "www.logo.mylogo.com" I'd do it with this html: 
    <a href="www.link.mylink.com"> <img src="www.logo.mylogo.com></img></a>

    Seems to do the trick pretty well :)
