Portrait competition?
With all the wonderful images of people presented here, has anyone considered submission to the following contest? I'm thinking about submitting one of my shots.

I've read the rules and I can't figure out if this is a good thing to submit/provide payment information and personal information, or if it's a harvesting guise of some sort.
Any thoughts or previous experience with this outfit would be appreciated....
