I'm from Mover - we're a third-party application that connects to SmugMug via your API.
We've had a couple people reach out to us having troubles connecting to your service through our app - most recently, the error message we received back via the console was:
This is after I had the user email SmugMug support to make sure their account was indeed active, and they also tried again after making their private gallery public.
Any suggestions as to why we're getting this message back?

If you can provide some specific details, it might be easier to take down this issue...
- API call and version that is returning the error
- UserID or NickName for the user
- AlbumID or ImageID for galleries/images that are failing.
