Thanks for the help guys. I agree that the Juvinile White Ibis is the best bet. It's amazing how different the young ones can look. Interestingly, he was hanging out with a Great White Heron. I did see some White Ibis around here the other day for the first time. Thanks again.

Around the begining of december white feathers begin to appear on their back and the bill gets lighter until it starts to turn orange/red.
