Adding javascript ads to photos on my own domain. PHP front end scripts?

Hello!

What might be the best way to add javascript ads (and other functionality) so that they show on the main page and around the images in light boxes?

Is there a php-front end scripts which would allow me more customization while accessing the photos hosted on smugmug?

Any links/samples?

Are there any software shops that provide such things?
