How to change name in browser tab

I cannot find an updated thread on how to do this...I found one from 2012 which isn't applicable now.

I am redesigning my site and changing the name, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to change the name that appears in the browser tab. Thoughts??

    I think that comes from the Site Meta Title.
    Account settings... Discovery... Search... Site Meta Title
    The text in that field says:
    Site Meta Title
    Shown in the browser title and in bookmarks.
