Ive been searching the web for a way to create a client log in page but cant find it anywhere! The guides i found are outdated.

I tried sherlock photography´s customization but he doesnt answer his mail so im not able to use it since i dont have an account.

What to do?

ps, i dont want the gallery page with alle the client galleries with password protection, that is not professional. I want a log in page with either username/password or just password.

Really need this! Its a shame that a paid service like smugmug dont have this built in

The customization you linked should work fine. What problems did you run into?

Just be aware that Nicholas is NOT a Smugmug employee. He is a Smugmug customer, just like you ... except he has volunteered his time and expertise to help others for nothing.
    Maybe he's on holidays? thumb.gif
My opinion does not necessarily make it true. What you do with my opinion is entirely up to you.

That can't be done; you would need a separate site for that.

A google search on "host php site" came up with lots of hits. Unfortunately beyond that I have no experience with PHP.

I suspect that writing the equivalent of what Nicholas provides will require some programming knowledge.
