Indexing, Viewing NAS stored photos

I have both LR and Bridge but they are not compatible (that I know of) with Network Attached Storage (NAS) devices like Time Capsule or other brands.

Goal 1 Viewing
I would like a viewer which would display the pictures from NAS devices on a windows 7 pc attached to my TV.
Goal 2 (Optional)
Indexing the photos to make the search easier. Some NAS have mobile apps which rely on folder structure based browsing.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.
