This picture has alot of meaning to me, if you are around the southwest you will understand it easier.

I am not in the southwest: I am in the, uh, southeast.

Could you expand a bit on your shot?

No problem ginger. Alot of people here in the southwest are very racial towards mexican natives, what they dont realize is how much they actually do for us, this picture explains it in away, two mexican natives working on top of a lift and a white men on the bottom walking away. I really never noticed this until I looked really hard at the photo, it's very ironic that I took it at that exact moment. ( By the way I am not hispanic or anything, so it's not coming from a biased opinion, and I dont have anything agains the white man walking away at the bottom, its just to explain the meaning of the photo) Hope that explains it to you, thanks alot for your interest, You're now the only one that knows and everyone else who reads this thread.:D

Tough one to call. We have many Mexican day laborers that hang out at the
Home Depot or other places waiting to take on job for a single day. Often at
a flat rate or perhaps minimum wage (if they're lucky). Those men will do just
about anything. I have a lot of respect for their work ethic.

Interesting article in a bicycle magazine a while back about these folks and
their bikes. Often less than $100, they carry them farther most years than
me on my expensive bike. They ride rain or shine, night or day because they
    have to.

Anyhow, the image is an interesting one. Without the explanation, I wouldn't
have understood why it was presented. In this case, the image and caption
work together to tell the story.
