These are all superb. Lovely Ladybirds! #3 is so interesting - it appears that they climb into the pods looking for food?

Great stuff, here in south Texas I only see harlequins and now and then I see the pine ladybirds

Jo - #3- the ladybirds go there to sunbathe but seem happy to stay and let the seed pod petals close over them at night.
SB - My syrup mix doesn't exactly attract them to the bush but if they run into it , they certainly partake.
