    The sun doesn't actually go into the ocean. It goes down past the edge of the earth. No ships have ever gone within sight of the earths edge and returned so we don't know what the heck is there.

    Sam, what the heck are you talking about? You can clearly see the steam from the sun hitting the water there on the horizon. Pictures don't lie! Some day, it the sea puts the sun out completely, we are all in deep doo-doo.

    Great shot, lovely colours and this thread makes me feel I've gone back in time a few hundred years... Or maybe forwards? Wonder how long it will be till all this "round earth" rubbish is forgotten about?
