    the contrast on the upload is Way off ... can someone explain that? That is not what it looked like before i uploaded it

    Maybe you uploaded it with a different color profile and it was converted to sRGB?

    Really like the b/w conversion the best. Gives it a sense of time and place. The lifted shadows show off the building nicer I think. Maybe a tad more contrast or grit?

    I love small towns like this. Great subject. The B&W version has some processing halos around the structures.
