#1 - 'Together, yet alone in our thoughts.' He looks blissful, she suspicious. Wonderful mood in this one and I love the reflection.

#2 - Great comp and of course the reflection.

#1 The juxta position of elegance & working class is interesting. A little under exposed for my taste

#2 The reflections tell the story

    Nice work all...

You had me at black & white! thumb.gif
#1. I like the juxtaposition of the add over the two people walking below on the street.
#2. I like the reflection and the composition.
I visited your smugmug gallery "Gran Via" which I thoroughly enjoyed. The "shoe shine" B&W is really tops for me. Really captures the hustle and bustle of a busy street succinctly. Forgive me if I am out of line for commenting on a shot not posted. It just captured my attention over all the others.

Thanks, Jo, Rags and Wayne. Much appreciated.

@Rags: #1 was actually a bit over-exposed. I brought the exposure way down in post to bring out some detail in the billboard. That plugged some of the shadows, but I decided that I liked the way the faces looked, so I just left it that way. I could fuss with masks and multiple raw conversions, I suppose, but I'm basically lazy and am not sure that the shot warrants the effort mwink.gif.

@Wayne: Glad you liked it. thumb.gif
