Home Page Slide Show Border

I want to put a border around my home page slide show images and in the past I had this code which worked. I since changed the layout, but have gone back to the slideshow, but I think the widget number needs to change. I have looked at the source code to try and find it but not having much luck.

Can anyone help me find it?
